New wide boy toy

Got a bit lucky on the old auction site a couple of weeks ago... and got my self a rare a threat for my Contax N1 ....Film Camera !!!

The 17-35mm ultra wide zoom.....

Not my picture, was from the listing I won.....

It's a monster, 900grams and 95mm filter thread.... (Not found a PL filter for it yet !!!)
This should complete my setup now for the N1.... 17-35, 24-85 and 80-200 Carl Zeiss T* lenses...... Though a 50mm F1.4 prime is tempting hahaha

I shot about 25 off on a 36 roll, around Bratislava a week ago, just playing really, so need to finish the roll...and find a processing lab in Slovakia ! ...
Problem is the camera is back in Slovakia, while I sit in Poland, and Italy at the coming w/e...... Work travel can be pain... and an N1 system is too big to lug around on business trips !!!
Looking forward to seeing the results against the 17-40L on my 5D.

For some reason I really like the look of it, so hopefully it takes nice images too. I really should try film one day (I have a couple of Dad's old cameras and lenses here so it wouldn't take too much effort).

Sounds like you're all over the place though .
