Hi Guys,

Fancy a new PC and been looking at a few bits in the store. How's this system look? To be honest, I'll just use it for browsing, email and a bit or word. Also Have a lot of MP3s so went for a decent soundcard. Am I on the right track, all of the bits look OK and will the work together? Know nothing about PSUs so could do with a recommendation?

I would for sure change to a cheaper intel system.
And different hard drive because maxtors are generally dont work after a while.

I will post edit a few things in a mo.

Thanks, will probably go for a 780 board then. May well watch the odd DVD too.

Went for the dearer cooler thinking it would be quiter.

Umm get like a 100 more posts and then you got free postage and comes just unfer 400 quid which really aint bad.

Im running a stock cooler on my 6000 in a media centre and its very quiet, you shouldnt need the other cooler unless planning to overclock.

I would get this for the heatr sink cause more then enough poeple said the af7 prefromace better than the etreme.

Thermalright Ultima-90, its almost as good as the 120, maybe 1 degrees between them and it only cost £30 which is really good, and if you want quite you can run it with no fun and stick get nice cooling if you dont OC much, at all.
