I certainly hope they weren't removed after complaints on the official forums...if they did that for all complaints on there, there wouldn't be a game left

If your Paladin is having lag issues it could be due to the content in the game, ask him to lower his settings or add this to a macro -
It'll lower his graphic settings and hopefully sort his lag. Glad you are having fun with Illidan, took my friend for a run through on that with my Guild the other day as it was her first time and she was happy.
As for the Zombies, a friend said they were removed, I've not checked myself but whereas they may have been fun, I'm speedleveling 3 new characters to 70 before WotLK and I get getting tagged or the NPC's are dead (just re-rolled on a new server)

this is a quick questions for the tanks...
currently i am on azgalor server in the .us (dont ask, i downloaded the wrong trial version months ago and couldnt be bothered to reroll on a eu server
) and i am a pretty decent tank, just getting easy t6 gear atm with my guild.
anyway i was wondering are the warrior and pally tanks going to level as prot or go fury/ret to level. do u think levelling as prot will really take much longer. It's just so easy to get into instances whilst levelling cos trade chat is always being spammed for lfm tank etc.
tankadins seem to be doing crazy damage atm mainly due to hammer of the righteousness (plus it makes an awesome sound effect!).
also i think i am gonna be a bit screwed. how am i going to get a .us copy of lich king on the 13th... its gonna take a while for international delivery. wonder of there will be any specialist shops that will get them in.

I'm more or less sure that my Warrior will become my new main in WotLK. From what I've seen of Prot I'll be definitely levelling with that spec. My gear is modest, but you literally never ever have to stop to eat or bandage when grinding normal mobs, even when you pull several at once. You could grind elites with ease as well, but with some downtime. The killing pace is ok but it's so utterly assured and relentless that I'm looking forward to levelling with it. Being able to solo 3 man quests with ease will hopefully save some time and hassle as well.
I have to say as a holy priest i am really really loving being teamed up with dr00d tanks atm.

Level as Shadow you can just as easily heal if you are good enough with a shadow spec

A lot of the holy priests I know are going to level by putting 5 points in to shadow tree (the improved spirit tap) but after that leaving the rest in holy.
I am already shadow myself, so will just continue with that

I still cant decide whether to take my Paladin or Mage to 80 first, or finish up my Hunter alt (30ish atm) and make him my main.
Originally I was going to be taking my paladin as retribution (bored to death of holy), but with the in coming nerfs I don't see that really being viable any more.. Its juts going to go back to lolret
For those who will be raiding in WOTLK - What are your thoughts on the 10/25 man progression lines? What is your guild aiming for? At the moment, we are seriously considering just opting for the 10 man line in my guild to avoid as many morons as possible.

My guild is just going to be doing 10mans in wotlk, we never had quite enough people for 25 mans sadly. Mainly cuz as you said cba with idiots in the guild.
Plus the guys and gals in my guild are what you would call a "tightly knit bunch" we all get on really well with eachother like to chat a lot etc. So the 10/25 man thing when we heard about it was more than happy. It means will can see the whole game rather than being a tad restricted.

You realise youll be able to do start working on the first 25 man in dungeon blues, right?
Blizzard have said both 10 and 25 man lines are going to be completely independent of each other.

Bah I want to use my old characters name on my future DK, but to do that I have to delete it (same server) certainly not up for paying money to change the name.
Oh well! Lotta memories on the old character (pre-TBC raiding char), bummer, it has been at Level 62 for well over a year though so I can't say I ever intended to play it again!

DiscP is really fun! It always was in PvP as you can sit there and hold a base in AB with little trouble.
Their new ability Penance is sweet as: instant channeled heal (tranquility on one target if you will) which heals for over 6k on the 3/5 s4 pri I use. Unfortunately the Discipline Priest i've regularly played on has been respecced

My server has been classed as medium population for quite a while now, but has suddenly become 'locked', along with a few others. Anyone know why this is? I'm speculating that the population is unchanged and it's because of extra load on servers caused by the stuff in the new patch.
