So why has it got a private plate on it if its just an A to B car :p

I purchased the private plate years ago but as I had always driven company cars till getting this car I never bothered to get the plate transferred over and used to pay the annual retention, seemed logical to put the plate on to save having to pay the retention fee :D

Don't get me wrong, I like cars which is the reason I visit and post in this section I'm just not passionate about cars as an object in the way some people here are.

On a cold morning such as we've had this morning you turn the engine Climate control resumes its previous settings so 22 degrees C in both zones auto vents / auto fan, whatever you do with the Climate control settings the first thing the car does is dump a load of damp air into the car so you go from nice clear windows to steamed up windows in the space of 30 seconds, according to Honda its a design fault with the Accords Climate Control System and they can't do anything to fix it.

Not my car so i haven't googled it but its rather pants.

I'm sure my car diverts all air to the footwells upon initially starting up to stop this from happening. What a silly 'feature'!

No idea how big the tank is but I can get anything between 260-320 miles, mostly get around 280 on average as I tend to rag the car most of the time.

What's that? 27/28mpg? That's pretty poor economy wise, though fairly reasonable if you're ragging it all the time. Bound to be 30-33mpg with a bit of motorway driving. Does it have a 6th gear?

No problems with the windows fogging up, it has climate which I never switch off and it's a petrol 2.4 type-s.

Cheers, must be the Derv lump then, climate is never turned off in this car either.

The Accord system is stupid and has caused many a problem almost to the point of selling the thing when it was only a year old.

Are you seriously picking a car like this based on looks alone? Its a family car not an Aston Martin. The Honda is no oil painting is it, lol. Buying a car you dont like the look of is pointless, and styling is important, but to completely rule out any other car because of the way the Honda looks is a bit weird, really.

Not going to win any beauty awards is it :p

thats probally one of the worst pictures you can pick!

Personally, i love the styling of the 2003- accord, not so much the new accord.

Mine does the same but pressing the re-circ and quick clear buttons quickly demists it, never realised it wasn't supposed to do that :)
