Northern Meet *unofficial thread*

Right, just to settle few unsettled bits, this is not the official thread for the meet, this thread was purely intending to gether interest, which it has delivered as there seems to be some good interest in a northern north meet
Just to make it clear, My Yorkshire meet is about 100 miles away from the other Yorkshire meet - assuming the other Yorkshire meet is south of Leeds (Huddersfield etc), so it is in no way contesting with it (and i plan on attending the other too when it's arranged.
We (Tom and i) have pretty much sorted a route out now, we've sorted a meeting place and eating place (Lion inn as Tom mentioned) and the route is varied A and B roads with some spectacular views across the moors and some great roads. All i need to do now is arrange a date, which as i mentioned in the first post will be in the new year sometime, maybe March when the worst weather has gone.
So, i think this thread has been quite a success rather than a failure as some are dooming it to be.
For those who are interested, i will be making an official thread in the coming weeks once all plans are in place and a date is decided and the route finalised.
And here's just one of the roads included in the route
