Why? Nearly every game I've encountered alt-tabbed pretty much instantly.

Going to wait for the mods myself, respawning don't-die-ever enemies ruin it.

Hasen't frozen on me yet thank God...I've left it alt-tabbed out for about 30 mins as well! :p and costantly in and out as I kept getting badgered on msn.

I'm guessing high / very high on practically all of it :)

I'm running nearly all very high on this:

X2 4400+
2GB RAM
XP 32-bit
8800GTS 512mb

Works a treat! :p

This game is DAMN well optimised, don't care what anyone says.

Everything on max as far as I could see, unsure about AA though, do you have to force this?

Got 34~ average in test, haven't noticed any slow down while playing so far \o/

Seriously, a two second google would tell you that at a normal resolution, you'll be able to max out every single game that is currently on the market, the majority with 4AA+ :rolleyes:

Judging by his post count, he's probably fairly new, so hey.

You would be surprised the amount of people in the PC market have amazing machines but just have no idea what they can actually do.
 
OK.

Is anyone playing this with an XPS M1730, or with SLi 8700M GTs?

I cannot find any drivers that will even load the game now.
 
Nice laptop, if only:

1) People made graphics drivers for it
2) Dell custome service were not absolutely terrible
 
I had a desktop crash last night!!

Was happily walking through the jungle and, bam, game exits to desktop :(

Thank god I F5d just before!
