****ing idiot! His dad was a muslim, I know muslims, they are not bad people, those few "radicals" aren't musllim at all, just brainwashed people. A lot of americans will tel the polls that they vote obama, but they never will, a lot are idiots, a few have some brains
 
As far as I've read the majority are worried about hockey mom, thick as pig **** Sarah Palin being VP, so quite a small percentage.

Im not entirely sure if his dad was a muslim, he was a black Kenyan from Nyang’oma Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya.

The thing these racist rednecks dont understand is this guy is an AMERICAN! America is now so full of differnt ethnic groups and this is the first time the powerfull white ruling class have had any threat from the however many millions of blacks/hispanics e.t.c. that live in "their" country so they have branded him a muslim to get the 'necks up in arms.

I hope he wins this election, i think it would be good for everyone.

Oh and i heard on the radio1 news today that 10% of the american population think that he is a muslim.

Oh. My. If that is what people are basing there votes on, religion, then they seriously need to be shown the real world. I have nothing against religion it self, but it should not have a major influence on real world economic and social things like this.
I know people will tell me that religion plays a major role in anything, but when something that has no proof or evidence causes the worlds largest country to be run by people who are only capable of getting votes by insulting the other candidate, I just feel sad to be honest.
 
what's wrong with being muslim? The americans, mainly the thick ones, have become so paranoid since 9/11, obviously it was a terrible thing, I didn't realise it at the time, I was only 7, but some people have gone OTT.

I'd imagine in a country that is ethnically diverse in terms of what populations have settled there that they'd truely have sod all idea where people are really from etc.
