New Mobo, graphics card and mybe RAM help needed please

Hey guys and girls its time for an upgrade of a few things and i thougth id ask the experts to make sure i get the best setup i can

My current setup which i bought from here and built last oct is:

Leadtek GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)
Antec P182 Super Midi Tower Case - No PSU (Gun Metal Black)
Pioneer DVR-212DBK 18x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) - OEM
Hitachi Deskstar P7K500 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (0A35411)
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-520HXUK)
Abit IP35-E (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

I am after a new graphics card (was thinkin gtx260/4870 1gb) which means im also gonna need a new mobo (p5q pro ?) i also wanted to know is it worth gettin any new memory?

Do i need another copy of windows because im changin my mobo? im sure i read something about this somewhere

I game @ 1680 x 1050 and my q6600 is currently @ 3.2 on air which im happy with

Got £300-£400 to spend so its just a general what would you do thread really ( as if you havent seen enough lol)

If you do change your board you will need to purchase a new license as your current version (OEM) is tied to the board it was activated on.

Personaly your memory will be fine, the Asus range seems to be recommended a lot on these forums, you don't actualy need to change your board just to upgrade the gpu, I think the performance difference between PCI E 1.1 and PCI-E 2.0 is minimal - hopefully someone can comfirm this.

Difference would be minimal if you changed the board, i would just drop in a 4870 and all is done with your setup for a few months.
