I know where the main water tap for cold water into the house is, but where would I find the main hot water tap?
I had a mosey in the airing cupboard, various valves but non of them would indicate a main flow line to supply hot water to the rest of the house.
Can anyone shed any light where such a valve or tap for the hot water to the house would be? Many thanks.

Cold water pipe is under the kitchen sink in the house presumably it comes in from the ground no? I thought hot water came from the top of the house from the boiler or tank in the atic?

the cold water comes in, some of it goes to cold taps, some of it goes to the boiler to get hot then goes to hot taps. turn off the cold water, run the bath.

no?

(I'm not a plumber, I'm just guessing)

Neither am I but any input would be appreciated :D

Cant seem to find the damned thing.
Could the tap be in the atic :S ?

There's a valve between the cold water tank and the boiler (before the cold water enters the boiler) here. Once I close the valve the hot water won't flow.
