BBC Issue apology over Ross/Brand 'Prank'

Seems The Mail won't be happy until they've ruined Ross career.

So three months suspension from the BBC isn't enough for their little crusade? PLEASE ITV - don't do a knee jerk for these sheep! Don't be as stupid as the BBC! Just let the show go on!

God that newpaper stinks of double standards!

I think a lot of it is scummy journalists that over-value themselves being very jealous of the succesful people they write about.

Read the comments on The Mails website! It's like an angry mob calling for a lyching! - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-Ross-100-000-host-Comedy-Awards-BBC-ban.html (Go to the bottom and click "View All")

They're virtually all calling for Ross to be sacked? What is going on in this country!! Petty bitter people/sheep!

just posted this:

I am disgusted by the reaction of the humourless, suburban, curtain-twitching, loveless, dead-inside cretins who have stirred up this fuss. Yes, the calls were a bit over-the-top, but not as outlandish as the reaction of you sheep, stirred up by the press who have obviously tired of talking us into recession, or are perhaps just taking a break from that.

wonder if they'll post it:rolleyes:

Good job!

Lucky for her she's got Max Clifford on the case to protect the sweet little thing from any further media intrusion :o

It was a tacit admission that a drive for 'edgier' material has alienated a large section of the public, who simply find it offensive.

This should actually read 'small, yet extremely vocal section of the public'.

These people really should find something more productive to do with there seemingly excessive spare time.

Ross has just stepped down from hosting the comedy awards.

Oh FFS! Those Daily Mail 'journalists' must be ever so chuffed at the amount of power they have!

He should have just carried on as normal rather than pandering to these mini-Hitlers!

So much fuss over nothing at all. All that needed happen was for Brand and ross to say "sorry" and that should have been the end of it.

Which they did, and Sachs even acknowledged it... Then some Daily Mail 'journalists' decided to show their might! And careers suffer!

This has never been about the offended person, Sachs... Other agendas are being played out here! Other axes are being ground!

So apparently the Daily Mail is now reporting on a joke Frankie Boyle did about the Queen and how horrible it was even though it was broadcast ages ago

I hope they carry on, and people start seeing the newpaper for the pile of self righteous muck it is!

Anyway, I couldn't care less of Brand and Ross lose their jobs. Can't stand them! :D

Too right.

"'Russell Brand has embarrassed me by making a private relationship very public in the cruellest way imaginable,' she said."

Quote from the stupid whore, who later told papers how bad Russell Brand was in bed. :/
