Mirrors Edge Demo on PSN 30th Oct, 31st XBL

I shall get some pics later on with my beast. :p

Anyway, what makes rp "OMG it's you i must believe everything you say!" :p

Erm read his review ;)

He bothered to make sure he was at the same point on the map at different locations looking exactly in the same direction and on the same object.

You coming in with your Ally McBeal 'There is actually AA! :p' doesnt really give the same effect - might work down the pub - doesnt here ;):p

On another note it seems the PC version will surface but wont be a while - so Ill probably buy it on that - if they make an editor I can imagine making levels to be fun :D

ps3ud0 :cool:

I'll get some pics later or tomorrow of what i mean. There is definitely more AA on the Xbox version. Which is understandable as it's an EA game.

I'll be sure to get the pics in the same place on both consoles etc. I feel i need to prove my point now! It's not like i would say that without a real valid reason.

I'll set it up like so;

You keep your MTB in your living room, wtf

Hmm, its clearly not a huge enough difference to warrant avoiding the PS3 versions like older games (The Darkness, Fight Night etc). A part of me wonders if the type of tele/connectors used is having any effect on it, component for example has a natural smoothing effect when compared to HDMI. At the end of the day the only thing that ever bugs me with console games is poor frame rates, the PS3 certainly doesn't suffer from that so i'm happy.

Played the demo through 4 times now, it's better with each playthrough as i'm able to keep my momentum better.

I'm liking it a lot (on PS3), apart from the final jump across to the blue walkway (after you see your friend by the comms tower).

I don't know what I'm doing wrong - but I jump from the little red platform, and don't seem to get anywhere near the walkway!!:(

God- If you can't even get a simply picture like that in focus I doubt you can tell the difference in levels of aa.

Seemed pretty fun, not exactly sure how to execute half the cooler moves, spent too long trying to do an off the wall spin and kick, but not enough practice yet :D
