I hate halloween

LOL, was just thinking the same thing.

I wish stuff like that would happen around here. I'd instruct Smithers to release the hounds and revel in the ensuing mayhem.

It's funny because I have a freind who I call Smithers and he is bigger then me and just grunts all the time. I often tell him to release the hounds.
:p

None here tonight, luckily.

And I love reading your preferred methods of dealing with them :D

Where i live we have not had any one come up to my house for over 2 years as well now, but as im at my GF's at the moment im not sure if anyone has visited my house tonight, apparently there are usually only a couple of people who visit here each year anyway.

Despite being an absolute ****hole of an area, it's been very pleasant tonight. Stocked up on a ton of candy and thought after a few hours we were gonna be drowning in leftovers until 2 large groups of young kids with parents appeared and nearly cleaned us out. Even the chavvy ones have bothered to put masks on this year instead of the usual scarves. Haven't been egged at all, either.

We didn't have a pumpkin as left it too late, so just stuck some of my Hellraiser, Friday the 13th and other horror movie stuff in the front window. Overall, been very nice and we still have a ton of sweets left over - woohoo!

To be honest, some of you lot need to lighten up. For Christ's sake it's kids having fun dressing up as monsters and collecting some candy - they're not friggin' mugging you. Those who have to suffer 16-year-old chavs demanding money can feel free to whinge, sure, but the rest need to get a life.

I feel sorry for the drivers at work tonight come to think of it. Having to knock on doors for customers only to be ignored because its halloween. hahahaha suckers, plus the guarantee of being egged in the less nice areas of the city.

kids wanting candy is one thing, chavs do it for money and looking for burgling targets.

Didn't get any round ere though we live in the upper end, old part of the village with virtually no kids living in it. They would be doing it around the new estate i would think.

Round here halloween always ends up with gang wars of some kind, there's quite a few of them. We only had one group ringing my doorbell here, usually don't get any.

And it's also a depressing American import that has absolutely nothing to do with this country. Kids dressing up begging with their parents approval taken from a tradition from another country. Get real.
