After about four hours of waiting in the fire-up lane for the organisers to let my mate's Dad run his Fiat 600, we gave up and went home! :( I did get a couple of pictures though :p

Top fuel all the way, keep jet engines for planes they suit them MUCH better. The noise of a Top Fuel'r is one of THE great sounds of our world and top of the petrol head tree. Spine tingles do not do it justice.

I think it's running around 320bhp and does roughly 10.5 quarter miles. The engine is a Type 1 Flat Four I believe.

It didnt run because the rain messed up the schedule, and then the organisers made it worse by letting other stuff (e.g. the jap cars) and the demo vehicles run first. After sitting around for 4 hours in the fire-up lane most of the Outlaw Flat Fours got fed up and went home :(
