Plus it also sounds like McCain is getting more and more desperate by going on TV the other night with a Palin impersonator and telling terrible jokes. Seemed a bit strange to me, but it is the US, they may love it.

The most amazing thing about this election is that McCain was the best candidate the Republicans could find. I don't rate Obama that highly, but he's an infinitely better choice than the alternative.

obama is the lesser of two evils... but i think if these were candidates in the UK then McCain wouldnt even factor.. thankfully for the most part we do not link religion with politics.. very bad combo in my opinion

I think they're implying that under all his perfect policies or bright ideas or nice guy speeches, he's still a politician, and thus is a lying, philandering git who will screw them all.

He's not, however, a Viet War Vet who's made some really silly speeches, chose a really stupid woman for his VP and is, when it boils down to it, quite scary.
