This was just shocking tonight and to be honest I am glad england didn't win it as the windies guys need the money a lot more as they don't live the high life as much as the english dudes but really a closer content would have been better. I wouldn't fancy the slating they will get from the media though! Not a nice game for KPs first loss as captain. There seems something funny though with all this chat about the players wanting to just get it over with. Something big + the wags incident must really have dinted morale in the camp or something.

2 questions:
1. I dont watch 20-20 cricket, but what would be a respectable score in a 20-20 match?
2. Given that England arent the best cricketing side in the World (I believe that that accolade belongs to Australia), why have England and not Australia, been pitted against the Superstars?

1) I'd say anything above 150 is decent, get close to 200 and above and you are looking at a very good score

2) Even the Aussies are a bit rubbish these days, the state of cricket on the whole is a bit of a mess really. So many good batsman around but so few top quality bowlers.

Glad the Stanford guys won. They need the money more, but more so, they deserve it. England was weak and looked like a pub's second team.
I'm venturing a guess that there were a few unhappy WaG's last night who already secretly picked out new cars and houses.

To be honest I had a bad feeling all round regarding this match. Stanford is just a greasy, dirty old man. Difficult to like such a smarmy old **** and this was nothing more than publicity.

Although i can't stand the sight of the bloke - in fairness to him he's done a lot for WI cricket, hopefully they'll start getting back towards where they were 30 years ago.
