It would seem that since the complaints about the Brand/Ross affair succeeded in making them pariahs, anyone with an axe to grind or dislike of a particular celebrity is going to make a point of taking offence and complaining at every juncture. :rolleyes:

(The lorry driver murdering prostitutes is in reference to Peter Sutcliffe (Yorkshire Ripper) who attacked and murdered prostitutes and took a very long time to apprehend due to him being constantly on the move)

If you look at the vast majority of British humour, it involves taking the mick out of either yourself or somebody else. Causing such a furore over the Brand/Ross thing was enough to jeopardise certain aspects of our comedy, but if anything is done about this you have to wonder where it will end.

I expect his comments will be affecting the families of the prostitutes who were murdered. It seems he made a joke out of this situation. Personally I don't give a toss (about the joke), a joke is a joke, you either find it funny or you don't. Technically though it is much worse than Brand/Ross in my opinion.

I love the fact that the National Union of Prustitutes or whatever have got involved - priceless!!!

I laughed all the way through that item, including at the murdering prostitute puns - those who don't like it please kindly **** off and watch Strictly Come Dancing FFS
 
It would be hilarious to see Clarkson have to apologise or have top gear taken off air after the number of times he took the pee out of Ross.

Theres a definate media witch hunt going on regards the BBC.

I hope Jeremy keeps speaking his mind, and doesn't let a few whiny scumbags ruin it for everyone.
 
He should be used to the controversy by now, remember his comment about running over Foxes, got a visit from the old bill about that one hehe

Hopefully Clarkson will make a comment about this on Topgear (like he did with the thin lipped women that complained about them smoking).

What I doin't get though is if you are easiy enough offended by something like this why on earth are you watching Topgear?!
