Wow that's loads more than I thought it would be, I was expecting about £17.

I know they are selling this as a 'full game not a mod' but its still only a few maps and like 8 character models, hardly pushing the boundaries!

Valve is not a freakin' charity!

They have more money than they know what is good for them. That said - loving their work :D

However - at £32 odd quid on Steam and £24.99 for the optical and case - going for the latter. In these times of great games every Friday a £7 pound saving is a saving I would like. ;)

Charity starts at home.

Twenty maps I believe, plus you will get free content updates in the future. Why should the number of character models affect anything?
 
Really don't know whether to get this for 360 or PC.

-360 has xbox live which suggests to me that it would be a better co-op experience
-yet PC has superior controls (i think for this game especially) and also superior graphics

...and probably more updates...and probably still an active community 6 months from now (TF2 *cough*) :)

Well its the amount of work they have put in. This is hardly a large project yet they are charging quite a lot for it, just doesn’t seem good value to me (I will still get it... probably says more about me than them lol)
 
Bit of a smeg its coming out on the 6th (Thursday) ill be at Lee Evans!! :/

oh well all day Friday to play it :P

So 8 hours of game play. If Fallout 3 had 8 hours of game play people would be screwing! And when the Dev's say 8 hours, everyone know it will actually take around 5-6 unless your playing with total *****... which makes it about the length of Portal.. a budget game.

This game's focus is on co-op and multiplayer :rolleyes:
