So, if the front brakes are anything to go with i'm also guessing its running a 911 or similar engine.

Possibly. But see the Top Gear episode where Clarkson kitted out an S Class with concrete and home decor etc. How slow was that!!?

And this van does have a lot of wood. That looks like solid oak flooring!
 
True but remembering that episode he had to level the front and back of the car out, clarksons 'figures' states they used 2 tons of concrete + all the other junk iirc.

Whilst i agree panel van vs wooded out van with large speakers would be slower if it has indeed got a 911 or similar engine in it won't be slow.
 
I won't be a 911 engine. It isn't an easy or common swap.

Hi-Po Type 1 or 4 flat-four, wasserboxer or Subaru lump.

I'd be surprised if it weighed more than a Mondeo, mind...
