I wipe my home toilet always.
First with water.
Then with clean toilet paper...

I never ever sit in a public toilet, prefer to keep it up and wait till I'm home...

You've got to wipe before you sit, otherwise you end up sitting in something nasty as this chap found out.

I tend to not worry about my home toilet as I'm the only one who is using it. (I like to keep my bathroom clean, but i see where your coming from)

As with public maybe my wording was incorrect. Public I mean work toilets, because although I work in a fairly clean office, there are a few people well....

I never use street toilets EVER, as you said will not sit on them full stop.

But I feel I am de-railing from the OP

Yeah reckon he must have been a tramp, I wipe then a layer or two of paper .

Use to be common the super glue trick also used on public phones.
