XFire and SLI Support?

Nope it wont support sli. For sli youll need an nvidia chipset based board, eg 650i, 680i, 750i or 780i. the board you linked to will still ake a single nvidia card no problem.

i was looking at a GTX260 but saw that motherboard was quite cheap and the motherboard looks ok for my needs, but now i might look at an ATI 4850/70 so that i can XFire when i get a bit more cash

Edit: is there a cheaper board you know that will support an intel Q6600 and the GTX260, that will allow me to overclock the processor quite a bit?

Edit2: This is ther otherboard i looked at, does support SLI, But is about £10 more expensive

any motherboard will support any brand of graphics card, but intel chipsets will only allow you to run xFire and nvidia chipsets will only allow you to run SLI (this only matters if you are adding 2 or more cards though)

ahh, so that motherboard in my first post will be OK runnig an intel Q6600 processor(probably overclocking) and a GTX260, that's good then keeps my cost back down again after buying a more expensive case
