SECURITY guard Tom Bibby has missed out on a job – because his facial tattoos would upset customers.

The 38-year-old has spent almost a decade in the security industry and worked at city centre shops including Primark, Netto and B&M Bargains.

But out-of-work Tom was shocked to find out he cannot work at Stoke station because of the tribal markings above his right eye.

I've seen this guy many a time round Stoke and he does seem like a nice bloke however were Virgin right not to employ him?

Just cross it out with a permo and give him the job. Another load of namby pamby ****** from the "offensive" fascisti.

Up to the employer to be honest.

But, as stated he does have a track record of being good, so it's a bit silly of them I guess.

He can't say he wasn't expecting it at one point or another though...its a tattoo on his face.

Hows this news? If you want to fit into general society and work a job where you interface with the public, dont put lots of **** either in or on your face. Unless you want to work in a tatoo place yourself.

I'm all for tattoos but i know that having any visible ones will ruin my chances of a job...its not even a good facial tattoo :p lol
