Remember these Top Gear presenters?

All but the first 3, James may presented a bit in the old format, there are some vids on Youtube iirc (shortish hair).

 

Lol at how Jason Dawe just stares at them in the start and doesn't say a word.

Wish they still had that telemetry.

No one has mentioned her yet, so I guess no one who has posted yet knows who the first woman to present this programme was, so if any of you get the name right I will call Google cheat on your ***.

I know it but only because my Brother was talking about her in the car the other day :)

Surprised Steve Coogans brother Brendan hasn't been mentioned from the later days. Was removed after being convicted for drink driving.

Angela Rippon for the first female presenter?

Noel Edmonds but he has already been mentioned.

Although who remembers when they brought Noel back to do a piece on the Ford GT40, that Clarkson was supposed to do but could not get into it, and as Noel owned one, they brought him back.

yep. Watched al these present TG at one time or another, but once thing occurred to me just there, is that TG was 'pre-intarwebs'. This may be hard to imagine, but at one time people didn't have PCs in there homes, and access to vast amounts of information. Hell Google didn't even exist at one time.. :D What I'm saying is, for many people genuinely interested in buying a car, or finding out what was new, there really wasn't much else except top gear, or buying a copy of autocar. Look maw- moving pictures !

I'm going with Sue Baker for this as the other females certainly didn't have stints that long.
 
I remember Tiff well, he came to my school when I was there as they were filming top gear because my physics teacher was the UK rallycross champion at the time! In the episode tiff rolled my teachers car, was great.
 
I remember Jeremy's first piece on Top Gear was something about the price of petrol. He also introduced the concept of background music during cars reviews.
