Is it worth puting a 500gb harddrive in a PS3?

No one is out of touch, it's just some people seem to imply the special offers are the normal price for this. Around £100 Is the average in retail places (excluding ebay etc).

Is that more accurate?

These are readily available for £79.99 from online retailers, not a special offer. Cheaper on Ebay but I have no idea if those are genuine products or not, you can never tell.

Do you not think the bits in bold are fair comments? Watchtowers drive was 96ish quid hence why I posted the above, I am not saying everyone buys it at RRP. (I rarely buy stuf at RRP, I imagine quite a few people do pay RRP or close for it, but that's a different issue).

I'm not sure why you felt the need to post in gigantic bold letters, I can read. I'm just not sure what your point is. I was merely pointing out that people keep posting saying the 120gb drive is £130 when they can be had for half the price so it's hardly fair. I've already said I agree that it's overpriced, jsut not as badly as some people seem to think.

Now, kindly get off my back and stop ***not acceptable***

Why so angry and rude? I could have picked a smaller size font to be honest, but it's not worth getting rude over. You could have just said they are 79.99 online. I have not seen it for this price before, hence, my post.

Anyway I will leave it there. I was just commenting I thought the price was around 100 on average.
