it's definitely broken.

Something may be broken but I seriously doubt it's ebay.com and youtube.com - 2 of the biggest websites in existence. Much more likely it's you/your end, as demonstrated by the fact that nobody else has a problem accessing these sites.

I can get to the ebay homepage, but cant navigate any further. And youtube is completely not working.
