Does that still apply if the seller sends the item recorded delivery?

I'm thinking of putting loads of unwanted stuff up on there, but I'm concerned after hearing a lot of horror stories about this.

What would the fees be for withdrawing £311 from Paypal? If he already has the money in his account, and it's more than £11, and he wants something from Argos, it makes sense.

There's no fee for withdrawing over £50.
