Anyone able to enlighten me on how to re-equip the rocket launcher?! I chose to take the dart gun on one mission, and the rocket launcher doesn't appear in the armoury at Mike's Bar.
Though now I come to think of it, I think I bought the dart gun at a gun shop somewhere else...does this mean I have to go back there to retrieve my rocket launcher? Rather annoying if I do...

Maybe the difficulty scaling isn't right or something then, I'm playing it on Hardcore and don't find it particularly hard - then again once you get the sniper rifles it's easy enough to scope out checkpoints and snipe almost everyone there from range. The only people I have problem with are generally NPC snipers.
Yeah I totally agree about the sniper riple, I bought it last night and im finally enjoying the game. Its so much easy to pick the enemies off from a distance and then you can steam in and kill the rest

If the rocket launcher is just something you picked up and you swapped it at some point then it will be gone. However, if you go to the gun shop and purchase a rocket launcher using the computer then you’ll have an unlimited supply of them in the building next to the gun shop. It’s the same for all weapons.
I can't decide whether Paul Ferenc looks most like John Terry or Edward Norton.
Speaking of buddies, just lost that woman despite pumping her full of like 3 syringes. Had the most history built up with her
Yeah I lost a woman in Act 2 shortly after I'd fluffed up and she'd saved me a couple of times - seems you may only get about 3 "saves" from a buddy (if they get shot) before they need to be abandoned or mercy killed.
Good idea overall though, rather than an indestructible rescue-pal!
I dont know if anyone has already posted this but one the developers has responded in someones blog about some of the criticisms.

Yeah, full credit to him - could pave the way for some future mods, possibly with developer support?
Would be ace, perhaps having options of guard respawn times and other stuff - though I agree its probably not possible to change much of the "feel" of the main storyline and character progression.

It was posted from the UK 2 weeks ago and it arrived today. Installed fine, but it will not play. it just goes to a black screen - no sounds, and wont let me alt-tab or alt-ctrl-delete either, so have to restart.
Am currently on 180.43's on XP but had the 178.24 installed and that didnt work either.
Very annoying.
