Freedom of religion would be the freedom to practise any religion, not whether you have freedom dependant on your chosen religion.
Jeremy clarkson summed it up perfectly one time, australia got the convicts, america got the religious nutjobs, australians are the most happy go lucky people you could hope to meet, yanks on the other hand, a work mate of mine spent 6 weeks travelling across america recently. He said if you went into a shop to buy razor blades for a shave, the blades were kept under lock and key yet they had assault rifles behind the counter in certain states. He said that the shopkeepers were scared of being attacked by terrorists. Now i dont know if alqueada operates in america or not but this seems like silly paranoia.

I certainly do, but the common misconception about alqueada is, it isnt an organised group. Alqueada in arabic means, the list. This is the foreign fighters that fought the russians in afghanistan in the 80's led by saudi and egyptian radicals, yet funded and trained by britain and america as a way of fighting the russians by proxy. Some of the different tribal factions would later go on to become the current taliban, some became the northern alliance (who the americans sided with) in a country like afghanistan tribal factions have always been a big thing.

They could probably get similar results in every country, one of the places I used to work I decided to ask everyone I spoke to that day how many sides a cube had... Bit of both really. Americans are fairly smart academically however pretty much all of them lack ambition. They all seem to just want to get married, have kids and live in a house. I asked a few the other day how much the hope to eventually earn and they all said around $80,000. I find that pathetic tbh, I live by the motto Life pays you whatever salary you ask of it.
They are also pretty much dumb as a rock when it comes to anything outside the US and even in some cases outside the state, a good example is one of them insisting to me Italy is a dictatorship despite my showing him wikipedia. They are oblivious to international affairs and really don't see much past the lies they're fed via fox news.
The Americans on here are probably all British ex-pats which is why they appear more educated.
In general I would say that Americans are reasonably intelligent on the whole but lack any sort of general knowledge or anything taught beyond the classroom.
Also they're knowledge of cars is a joke. It annoys me beyond belief when some dip ****in his POS Pontiac firebird 4.8 v8 with 250hp tries to convince me he could beat any super car I threw at him.
