You'll find its more to do with the gravitational field surrounding upquarks and down quarks which cause a positive discharge when a 12v dc bridge is applied across their electron tranameruons, throughout the car thus repelling dust from body work and increasing the explosivity of spark plugs. thus increasing power and fuel economy.
