Just tried to make a Death Knight also, the options are there but it keeps telling me I need to have a lvl 55 on the server....I have a 70.

I might reroll Alliance for WotLK, don't know what class yet though. Something that will get into an instance/raiding guild easily.

My installation keeps crashing on 3% with this error message posted on WoW-Euro tech forums but they do not seem to know a proper way around it.

If i reinstalled everything from scratch could i do it straight from this DVD? perhaps that would rid it?

I also have a fairly old DVD player which doesn't seem to read dual-layers great but thought that wouldn't be the issue.

It wont let me create a death knight - says I must have a character of level 55 or above, ive got two above.

Killed my first thing in northrend as a level 63 (level 68 scarecrow thing) and got 2148xp for killing it (double xp)

Well I noticed when I logged in at 9pm that my XP bar was moving. 1.5m xp to level up :O

At just gone 11 I cashed my dailies in and took the Zep from UC across. Did 1 quest before logging there - burning some bodies. Boars (lvl 68) with no rested XP around 875 and 20k for cashing in what was a very simple/quest. So they've doubled everything basically

Had a cheeky look at the grand alchemy trainer. Some nice things to make

The Death Knight creation is a little bugged, I was told (and it worked for me) create a level 1 character. Then create the death knight and should work. If not reload the client and then try it.

If you want to make a Death Knight but it says you don't have a 55+ (But you do) -- Create any level 1 character (You don't even have to load it up, just create it), then go back and create a Death Knight and it will work

Everything looks good so far - but I think I will enjoy it more when there are more people there (Northrend). Im mostly looking forward to seeing Dalaran
