Can I watch?
So you're the lizard man who's been watching him sleep!

Can I watch?

That is absolute ***. There are other ways of joining people together but when EVERYONE is losing money, the best solution is to use teamwork and work together. Besides, it's all words. NOTHING is going to happen from it. Quote me in 5 years if you wish.
Seeing as you like tin-foil hats, would you care to enlighten me as to what the bad side of this is anyway?
I think we should all chip in to a fund for an escort to finally get magick laid, poor lad.
Do you want Britain to lose control over its self? Do you want some "supreme board" to decide the fate of our country?Seeing as you like tin-foil hats, would you care to enlighten me as to what the bad side of this is anyway?
Thanks for the offer but the option of getting laid is already available to me.

It means that it's all going to plan. The well planned and engineered credit crunch has provided the perfect vehicle and excuse to set up a global dictatership. Open your eyes.
If I have to explain what the bad side of handing over more power to an unelected world government is then you probably wouldn't understand to begin with.

Do you want Britain to lose control over its self? Do you want some "supreme board" to decide the fate of our country?
No, you're quite right. However, being completely inward, which is what becoming a 'supernation' would do, is flip things to the other extreme. Trade would no longer trade. We'd all be the same entity after all, so why should something cost 'x' over here, but 'y' over there? But its the very fact that we are not insulated in any way from world economic pressures that we are in this mess.
Its one of the best reasons for countries to be looking a little more inwardly about everything rather than embracing the very thing that has brought them down.
Whilst I think magick's reaction is a little over the top, it's not news that Gordon Brown has been pro-Euro. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the economic fall was deliberately engineered to make joining the euro (or other 'supercurrency') the only viable solution. He did flog our gold at the worst possible time, and in the worst possible way, which is only because of one of three reasons:
1. We (Britain) were that destitute. (No, we weren't.)
2. He is such an idiot he can't even do simple maths, and never would have hot anywhere let alone PM. (He is PM, so not the case.)
3. He wanted to devalue Britain's economy and currency. (...)
He has also always tried to bring up 'unionship' amongst Britain and other nations into just about every topic.
We have more control than we would if we joined say, the Euro fulltime. We Brits would have to do what the majority of Europe wants to do, rather than just what we Brits want to do.I'd really appreciate it if you did.
Hah, its not as if I've any control over what happens in the UK anyway. Could hardly be worse that the current bunch of incompetents and political correctness gone mad nutcases.
True about Gordon and pro-Euro but there are different scales of 'OMG JOIN TOGETHER AND UNITE GLOBAL'...i want him out anyways. Hate him.

They would make a far better alternative to the shambles that is the world of today, what is taking them so long to take over everything and control every facet of our lives so that we won't have to worry about the stresses of every day life as we know it?
Do you want Britain to lose control over its self? Do you want some "supreme board" to decide the fate of our country?
