Hi all,

Has anyone got any experience of how this works? Is it a simple thing to do once a month or is it not worth the saving it offers? What is the process?

Thanks

not had any experience with mobiles.co.uk but have with cpw(who own mobiles.co.uk) for my dads' contract before, all it involved was sending copy of the bill at certain points during the contract period(it should tell you which months you need to send) and they send a cheaque which you then deposit at your bank.

Fairly straight forward then? Is it not done every month?

I think Mobiles.co.uk is part of the CPW group.

I did it with my last contract (18-month, N73) with mobiles.co.uk, got 14 months half price line rental. You have to send them a copy of your bill by recorded delivery after 6 months, then after another 4, then another 4. Once received they sent me an email notification, the cash went sraight into my account a couple of weeks later.

Its fine, as long as you remember to send off the bills (they will not remind you) within the correct time frame (you have about a month each time IIRC).

no its not done every month, here's the link that explains how you go about redeeming the cash back.
