DHL UK Home Delivery Service now available at OcUK. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve service standards we are pleased to announce the availability of the next day (Mon-Fri, Sat at extra cost) DHL Home Delivery for our UK customers. The DHL Home Delivery Service is a dedicated residential service that delivers between 7am and 9pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings before noon.

In a radical departure from usual courier practice if you are not at home when the driver calls you will be left a card with the drivers mobile number so that delivery can take place later that day. DHL have been selected due to their outstanding reputation as a provider of reliable courier services and are now handling the bulk of our UK and International business. DHL represents a premium delivery option at and I'm pleased to report that that delivery prices in many cases have actually reduced.

DHL UK Delivery is available with immediate effect from just £6.99 +VAT.

will the loyal customers(forum users) will get free delivery and will customers from different countrys will get 50% of ?

I've personally had lots of problems with DHL...

Several items I've sent in the past have arrived smashed to bits, despite being well packed and had "FRAGILE" written on the box.

City Link has a bad rep here but I've never had troubles with them myself.

I guess there's no such thing as a reliable courier until you spend a bit more and go with someone with a better rep, such as UPS.

The trouble with couriers is that customers have different experiences depending on location. City Link can be excellent in some areas and in others incredibly poor. I can guarantee you that there will be areas in the UK where people find the service UPS provide is not the best too.

No :(

DHL suck - they still cant find my office even though one of their depots in literally 100m away - afraid youve lost a customer - I cba to chase parcels even if it free next day delivery...

We recently had to have our work mobiles move over to T-Mobile (say 6months ago) so we had new phones/SIMs sent out - not many made it to our workplace in an adequate timeframe - absolutely shocking...

Before you go elsewhere, give us a try with DHL and we will do our best to ensure you have no problems. Our account managers at DHL know what we expect of them so anything other than a sucessful delivery is simply unacceptable.

Fair comment and I will - though Im concerned that this is the same service that Parcel2Go use - Im sure they use DHL@Home too...

At least its not UPS - whenever I get something from abroad (mainly Germany and USA) they are very 'snooty' - though I have to say they do it by the book though...

Just promise me you wont use the Home Delivery Network :D

This is completly true, City Link are awesome in my area. (They've always come at the exact same time, give or take 5mins, in the last few years :D)
