Haven't even posted in this thread since I got it
Have the game now (obviously) went in to town early release day, and had it installed by about 10AM. Have my DK to basically 66, but have been questing mostly by myself, and not playing till late. So far not bad.
TBH though, the thing I am looking forward to most is the later dungeons/raids in the game...

Heres a question id love to ask you DK guys, Would a DK be an improvment over a Warrior? At the moment ive got a 70 prot warrior and its annoying me that other classes can be a better tank and warrior tanks are not in demand anymore on my realm (they like pala's and druids) and i dont fancy going back to Arms or Fury.

Not really.
ALL classes are equal, and Prot Warriors now are amazing tanks. They can AOE tank, have the most "oh crap" buttons, and do damage too.
Blizzard have said themselves there is no best tank, and I have run through tons of raids and dungeons. A warrior I know was single tanking ALL of Zul'aman no problem. Even Nalorak.
Play a class you like because you are good with it, half of the people more like 80 percent actually using a DK now SUCK. they can't understand the class and using it because "OMG it rocks" when it is the same as all other classes, in terms of not more powerful.
Yes I rerolled from my Shadow Priest, because I wanted to hit something rather than zap it with spells
Had a couple nights play time on this and just hit 71 before I logged last night.
Loving it so far, the designers really went to town on the epic landscapes. And soundscapes too, the music, especially in Dragonblight is amazing, and seems to change depending on your location. Light piano in open landscapes, through to threatening music in the war ravaged beaches.
Tried Borean Tundra first, and thats ok, but the entry into Howling Fjords and the bay there is stunning.
Joined a group for the lvl 73 bug dungeon in Dragonblight, cleared it very easily, then had a great trip from Dragonblight back to the Fjords just admiring the scenery, listening to the music, killing monsters, and doing random quests's i picked up. Oh and the wildlife is cool too, love the Shoveltusk families and the duelling stags.
Think its really helped that I just finished playing Fable 2, and am still in that exploration frame of mind when playing. Really getting into a lot of the quest stories and soaking up the atmosphere.
Might try to put some screenies up later.

Plus I've seen loads spending ages looking for groups to do elite quests that I solo'd with absolute ease.
I'm liking Northrend armor so far, at 70 on my DK with some greens from questing I don't look like a clown.

15 levels already, whats your /played on that?
they dropped the xp requirements massively. once you hit 68 you go to northrend and its easy to ding to 70.
1 day 15 hours, not as fast some but still not bad.
so basically you've been up since wednesday night none stop then? lol

Hey Guys, what server should I join? I havent played in a while, want to start again on PVP. I'm thinking of stormscale, I want a highly active server.
