B Grade** Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 AMD 770 is it good matherboard?

Hello all,
One question what's mean b grade- there is something wrong with the motherboard or just old model?
Sometimes OCuk put some info about their b grade product, but with this board i could't find any info. What about warranty?

Yeah I found it now, they used to have a clearance tab
