Theres a new Tomb Raider game coming out but no one seems to care

I remember Tomb Raider being one of my favorite games on the PS1 back in the day. Then TR 2 came out and blew my mind. Underworld, the latest Tomb Raider game is coming out in a few days and there doesn't seem to be any talk about it. Quite a shame to be honest.

I played the demo and it reminded me a lot of the older games with a bit of the new. I just hope the rest of the game holds up as I am looking forward to this one.

Launch trailer is amazing, check it out. Great music too.

Thats because some would rather wait for uncharted 2 lol, but to be fair it seems to be a lot better than some of the later Tomb raider games. It will end being a rental for me though, laras face does look a bit strange though lol.
 
They're fantastic game but everything went downhill for me atleast after the Third installment was released. Really loved the third game but then came chronicles and ruined it.

However i loved Tomb raider anniversary so may just pick this upon pc if i have the cash.

The problem now days is charging £40 for a game with next to 10 AAA titles released in the same calendar month does it no justice. I may have been tempted to pick it up if it was released in january but with other games coming out i equally want or sometimes want more then i wont buy it.

Not until its dropped in price that is.

Im mega excited about it, loved the demo and the previous look great!

Legend is still one of the best (most fun) games i have played on the 360 :)
 
I don't know I think I had tomb raider 3, I never really played 1 or 2, and after downloading legend demo on steam I still feel that a lot could be done with the graphics given were a lot of games are today, fair enough if they're trying to keep it in line with the others, but I feel it could do with a graphics over haul.
 
Im not too fussed on it, I liked legend but I found all the jumping/acrobatics in the demo of this slightly tedious
 
Played it for a bit at the recent expo and tbh I wasn't too impressed. Controlling Lara just doesn't feel very fluid and I often found myself fighting with the camera.

Will definately be giving it a miss.
 
Is this a like direct continuation of Legend? as that was very open at the end. I do hope so as I have only just recently actually got round to playing and finishing Legend and while it was a bit easy even on hard it was thoroughly enjoyable. That trailer does look good mind, might get the demo later.
 
I enjoyed the last Tomb Raider on the Xbox 360, but I hated the parts of the game where you're directed to hit a button like the motor cycle chase.

If this new Tomb Raider has that, then I wont be buying it.
