it was working fine but a few last minute changes seem to have broke everything...
I dunno, it was proper dodgy this morning. I kept trying to join a lobby, and instead of taking me to one it would just attempt to load a single player game and then crash.
Can't...wait...for...tuesday. I hope the other levels are good and have more to them.
You do realise that the demo map is only 2 parts of 5? so for everyone that gets through the demo crawling with 2hp left there's 3 more bits of that map left!![]()
Played the demo, not very impressed at all, its just a zombie shooter ... Dead Rising on the 360 springs to mind except thats a LOT better!

Dead Rising is a single player game - L4D is all about the co-op. Aside from having zombies in and urban environment, they not similar at all.
Also, I'm not sure how you expected it *not* to be a Zombie shooter? Did the advertising ever suggest anything else?

What else other than escape from a load of zombies is there to do, whether it be single player or co-op ... the essence of this and Dead Rising is the same, survive and escape, different approace, same overall goal.
I'm sure there could have been other stuff added to this game to make it better IMHO.

I hope in the final version of the game you are able to disable the motion blur independently from other graphics settings, You are able to in other valve games with motion blur, so why not l4d!
it can be added anytime you know that?![]()
