Ok, decided to sort out my mp3's properly including album art...

I have around 20 to 30 gig that have no or incorrect tags, what do you guys use to fix something like this?

Also is there a better way if getting album art other than itunes?

thanks

There are a few cover sites out there. ccoverscentral always used to be good. Try googling it :)

I usually just use winamp to tag mine. Select the tracks, right click and goto send to, then select tag.

I'd like to find a bulk tagger as I've got a silly amount of untagged material.

Magic MP3 Tagger, Musicbrainz Picard are both good.

I have a real trouble as I've tons of untagged FLAC stuff and tagging those is a nightmare.

I'll check those out. Will be great if they work well. I did a count up of my collection an was shocked at the amount I have, let alone the untagged MP3's.

I used to use ID3Tags which lets you preview the changes you're about to make before applying them.

I now use MediaMonkey for playing, tagging and album art downloading though. I can't remember if you have to pay for some of the features mentioned though, as I've been using it for a fair while.

Use MusicBrainz Picard. Plugs into the largest MP3 tag database. Fingerprints your tracks rather than relies on existing tags. Its free, too.
