What's a good wireless waterproof mouse and keyboard?

really guys I need to get one. My mouse and keyboard has just about had it. I have used it for years and there is grit beneath the keys. At least having one that can be submerged in soapy water would be really helpful. Years back I saw one on TV selling for £30. It was a mouse and keyboard combo. I just never knew the manufacturer. Do overclockers sell them, I can't see any on their store?

take off all keys, place in the utensil section of a dishwasher, warm damp sponge and give the keyboard a wipe, sorted unless you have an expensive, lcd, led, type keyboard.

That sounds a good idea actually but no where near as good as my new invention. i plan to go on the dragons den with it. It is brilliant.

Sounds like you want to be able to use a mouse and keyboard whilst your taking a bath. I wonder if thats even safe or not lol. On another note, not too sure if ocuk even sell any waterproof mice and keyboards. Might be something for the sugestion box :P

Perhaps a can of compressed air or shake and bang out the crap every so often.

There are those flexi keyboards that are made out of silcone, they are waterproof and pretty tough by the looks, only ever really seen them on ebay though.

Waterproof mice i cant imagine are being made, again, might be worth checking ebay, they have such random things there.

Perhaps an email to OCuk might help you get what you're after or point you in the right direction?

im pretty sure theres covers for keyboards to stop them getting messy, but again i don't know where they are sold, but i suggest Ebay.

How the hell do you come up with these threads?

Anyway, providing you havent got an LCD keyboard just wash it in the washing up or dishwasher, make sure its completly dry before using it again, like leave it a week in the airing cupboard

you are kidding right? That would destroy the keyboard. It's wired even so the cable would never be safe to use again after it's been in all that water. You need a wireless washable keyboard.
