Who is going to use these NXE features?

Elite doesnt though you can apply for one on xbox.com by inputting both your consoles serial numbers.

I didn't find an online form, I found one that you print off, fill out and post off. I posted mine at the start of last week, so am now waiting for the kit, which knowing lots of companies, will be a long wait. :(

I don't have a modified Xbox 360, I don't know what you are talking about. ;)

I'm not talking about unreleased games or linking to copyrighted content, doing nothing wrong.

hey, what was your previous forum name Margaret? Did a mod change it?

Back on topic, would the people have tested NXE say that its worth buying a new hard drive to install the games to it? Does it really make a notable diff?

Speeds up Fable 2 and Gears of War 2 for me (installed them both to my 60GB drive). Gears of War 2 you really notice everything loads faster. I played this game a lot before the update so am certain of the huge difference. Fable 2 the menus load/scroll faster and you can really enjoy the music a lot more as that game really span fast compared to others.

Even the naysayers on the noise issue will not be able to deny that it is quieter and you do notice it imo. You even hear it actually put down the disc in the drive once the game starts, and you can't hear the HDD access at all.

Dunno if it is worth upgrading from a 60GB to a 120Gb HDD to be honest. Depends how many games you play at a time. Each game is maximum 6.8GB. I would guess you could get 7-9 games on a 60GB drive.

Oh well, my choice between getting a 60gb or 120gb was made easy. Popped into a high street store on way home just to check prices on the 120gb drives and they had brand new ones for £70 :)

Didn't even think twice about it as cheapest I have found new ones online is £90, so not a bad deal :)
