Hard fought game which could have gone either way.

Slightly more one sided even though you had your chances

Good games

Both games were pretty bad lag wise, wonder if its got anything to do with Live keep disconnecting tonight?

I can't believe I didn't win a game here. The first one you really annoyed me by sending me a message about lag and then proceeding to play on whilst I was stuck in the message blades :mad:

The second game I created some good chances but couldn't get a shot on target or it was tame and went to your keeper. The two chances you got you scored and then you got another two sucker goals in the last couple of minutes. It felt like I out passed you only to fall down to host advantage at the crucial moments. But then I had host advantage in the first game and couldn't finish enough chances.

Wasn't the smoothest of connections, much worse than the other games I've played tonight, there's nothing more I can do on my end, my 360 is set for DMZ on the router and I'm not DLing anything.
 
Fair enough, sorry about the message thing, I tried pausing it way before you scored but couldn't get the ball lol. If you like we can replay the first game and you host?

Good game. I was very lucky to draw that 2nd match. Can't believe you didn't score in the opening minutes when you hit the post twice.
 
Urgh, finished work now and fancy a break (doing more uni work is going to make me rage ;p) so if anyone in my group fancies a game let me know!

Funny thing is I'm playing really good on ranked games and awful in this tournament, don't think I'll make it through the round!

Need to goo back to basic formation I think

Two great games slightly ruined by my players doing rash sliding tackles in their own penalty box. I ended both matches with 10 men. :(

Still, I scored within 2 minutes of the kick-off in the first game and scored 2 in the second with 10 men. Had to take off forwards to protect the lead in the end!
 
My keeper had a howler in the second game. those chip shots were making him lose his marbles. i almost launched my controller through the telly with the amount of times i was one on one with your keeper and duffed the shot.

good games mate.

GG, deserved to win both, the first game was a little flattering. Also, how far offside did you want to be for that disallowed goal in game 2!! :eek:

GG mate, really enjoyed that. The 4-0 was a bit kind towards me, you are a decent player, the 1-0 showed that!

It was never offside! It must have been a hair width.... Shocker.
