Finally my copy arrived, 5 days late, absolutly enjoying lvling with my prot warrior, no down time at all, handles just about everything so far (few pots needed on some elites), i enjoy the lvling more than the raids.

A Holy Priest can smite mobs to death one at a time and have to drink fairly regularly, so I'd be levelling as Shadow - you can still heal well enough for 5 man content. I tend to enjoy my solo time as well and Shadow Priests are rock hard for solo PvE :)

Priests now have holy nova by default. dot dot, spam holy nova, easy to kill 6-8 mobs :) combined with power infusion & shield, awesome aoe killing power. Pretty much all ive done for 6 levels :p

Leveling as Disc & have healed all instances np.

Priest starts with Holy Nova now? or do you learn it at a lvl? I left my account with a well geared 70 Rogue, geared 70 Hunter and a lvl 40 Priest, After playing DPS classes since the release of WoW I have to say I loved Priest, now I'm even more tempted to play WoW again and lvl the Priest. :(

I think you learn it at a lowish level, but not sure exactly what one.
 
I've been levelling my priest. disc was a bit too slow for my liking. Love shadow spec but haven't tried levelling as holy. I can still heal reasonable well with a good amount of + spellpower in shadow form.

What sort of time does it take you to kill a mob the same level as you, as prot?

I'm fury atm and its killing me, almost level 79 and I'm tempted to spec back to prot and do the last level as that.
 
well we ventured into naxx last night kinda pugged but was good fun, we got the spiderwing down took 2-3 attempts on all the bosses to get them down. the strats are basically the same as the old 40 man instance, trash has changed a lot and is very easy. bosses are pretty hard and take a bit of skill to kill you can just brute force them. looking forward to getting further in there!
 
Seems im finally getting paid tomorrow so ( nearly 2 weeks late ) i can buy the expansion now.... half my guild mates are already 77+ :mad:

Every time in the past 10 days ive gotten 20quid together another bill or emergency something crops up and takes the money!

Having a partner who HATES computer games and all they stand for doesnt exactly help either when you have bugger all cash thanks for useless local councils not paying invoices on time :p

"i need 20quid for the expansion" isnt exactly an emergency in her eyes, getting a new hair dye for her is however :confused:

At least ive used the time constructively and done the full exploration of azeroth and outlands, and a shed load of daily quests. Ive decided to make my new warrior my main so i had loads of azeroth still unexplored as i power leveled that char.

cba to read through the last few posts but i thought id add my say here :D

I'm really enjoy the xpac so far. Much better than TBC imo with regards to art and design. No more silly clown items which is quite nice.

This may have already been asked and answered but is it just me or do all the dungeons seem damm easy. I mean there is no challange at all you can pretty much walk in tank and spank everything and win all the time..... maybe im just geared well.

Anyways lvl 75 here. Im really enjoyed the quests so far been some really enjoyable ones.

DK levelling is incredibly fast, took me about 2 days 21 hours total time and I even managed to level blacksmithing to 375 along the way

All leveling is very fast if you chose to be. Outland XP requirements is basically 0 now up to level 70. 70-80 depends on what you are doing, I know people who done it quickly, while others are going slowly trying to enjoy it.

I am basically 71 now, which is fine (DK) as I am doing quests, and the odd instance but am obviously working and fitting in other stuff.

I think it is because Dungeon in TBC took ages, so much trash and stuff. I think it isn't like that in heroics / certain dungeons but don't quote me on that.
 
Blizzard have said that they want people to be doing the instance up from there level, as they were designed to be quite easy

ahhh cheers. didnt know that.

Did violet hold yesterday love that instance with 1 lvl 75 (to open the door) me at lvl 74 (healer) all dpsers where lvl 71.

Regardless still enjoying the game. I do love quest one of my fav things in the game tbh. They have come up with some pretty cool story lines..... for those that dont bother reading them SHAME ON YOU !!! :p
