Hi folks,

I've rented a 12 slot server (8/8 and 4 spectators)

Please see my sig, feel free to use it

It'll be better when i've got my head around parameters and rcon commands etc :/

Default, but yeah, seemed to be quite OTT, even on normal!

It's hosted in London

Will tinker with it more tomorrow night, but have fun

I mentioned on another L4D topic about the Hampshire Heavies. Well known UK gaming community, excellent bunch of gamers and have their own PUBLIC servers.

I'm sure thats a bug you see when you are trying to enter a map that is on the final fight. As in, they are in the middle of the finale and therefore you can't join.

I think you can join up until the point the button/leaver/radio is used. Then not until the credits/lobby.

i cant join game, i can only host it seems, but people join fast enough... but then they leave rather quickly what am i doing wrong

do they actually play or do they disconnect before u can start?

Might need to forward your ports in your router.

Playing this last night for the first time. What a game!

Being new to this online business, could some kindly person give me a quick run-down on what I need to do to use these servers listed in this post? And perhaps meet some of you lovely people in battle??
