im wondering how much i could overclock my E8400 wolfdale with a ac7 ( artic cooling 7) and how to get it up the wha you say?

4GHz easily i would say. Should do it on around 1.3v or a lot less if its a EO stepping.
Plenty of guides around here on overclocking to find out how to do it

Yeah, my C0 gets to around 3.8/9 on 1.34V. I think the E0's are better so you should get to 4Ghz.

e8400 co 1.3v 450x8(1.280v full load after vdroop)
dont see much performance increase after this speed except for benches

hmm i'm putting 1.4v thru my 8400 @ 4ghz

Most of the C0 steppings seemed to need 1.3-1.4V for about 4050mhz.
