When someone makes a post which you agree with, instead of quoting it and saying 'I agree' or 'good point', it seems fashionable to quote it and say 'This.'

Has this been going on for years and I've only just noticed it, or is it an annoying new fad?

I use it, typically in conjuction with the rest of my post - just because really.

But then I typically alternate between saying "this" and "I agree" or even "I concur" :p
