Can't choose which 360 game to get

As title really, just got the box back from MS after RROD and am enjoying Fallout 3 but I'm hankering for some different action and have narrowed the list down to a few games but can't choose which one to get (later today)

Guitar Hero WT
Gears 2
Mirror's Edge
Army of Two
(I suppose I should buy GTA 4 some time soon)

I liked Mirrors Edge, really enjoyed it.

But for lastability, would have to be Gears 2.

If I was you, I would buy Gears 2, and rent Mirrors Edge
