Just been given the boot last day xmas eve (along with over 100 people) in a large retailer due to economical conditions. So anybody know of any good jobs going that i can do during my gap year? Preferably office type job. This definitely isn't the place to ask but no harm giving it a shot. Don't leave anything personal, just some general suggestions will do :p.

Sign up with every temp agency going. Take whatever is offerend and try and do the best you can at each job. In the end it will more than likely pay off.
 
Maybe they were economical in the truth, or tried saving some fuel, so had to lay people off.

Either that or they got rid of people that didn't understand what "Economic Conditions" were.

I will give you a job - if you can describe & explain the difference between Economical and Economic in less than 2000 words.
