Can you get a coax splitter over powerline?

Hey Guys,

I want to get another SKY HD box and a multiroom subscription for my top floor. The thing is I don't have a coax cable up there connecting to my satellite dish. So I was wondering if there are any devices where I can plug one of these powerline devices into my living rooms mains. Then take the existing coax cable that's coming from my dish down into my living room and split it 1 end going into my HD box and the other into this powerline device. Which then sends the coax connection to another powerline device on my top floor and then using a new coax cable i plug that into the powerline and then into another hd box and using another multiroom subscription card get sky HD. All this without having to install any coax cables to my dish. At the moment I only have sky in one room and only have a twin LNB.

Is this possible with powerlines or any other kind of devices?

If not then is it possible to split the coax cable from the living room and carry that all the way to the top floor and plug into another HD box with a multiroom card?

Many thanks in advance

you'll need a quad LNB for starters if you have sky HD in your room and one downstairs.

I also don't think what you want exists, either.

No it's not possible, what you want to do wont work.

You cannot split the coax from the box to the lnb (sky dish)
That's split as in use one cable for to two sky boxes, for that you need a dual (quad for sky +, each box has 2 tuners. Hence you need a quad lnb).
