ahh you lucky swine!!! I've been scanning the b-grade pages for the past few weeks waiting for a cheap GTX280 to appear but have been without net access for most of the day.

Has your order been confirmed yet?

If not then I wouldn't count your chickens just yet as I've ordered about ten B-grade items in the past from OCuk. None of them turned out to be in stock.

I'm slightly annoyed you pointed this out as I just dropped 70 notes on a used E6850, and there was an E8400 for only a tenner more on there. :mad: :p

There's some good offers in b-grade at the moment, can't top you guys but ordered a 9800 GTX+ for £90 inc, and there were 10+ gainward 4850's last week for £86 inc.
 
pah, i got a 10 slot blade-server, each running dual-Itaniums for £1 from the B-grade :p

i wish...
 
Sounds like you've been ripped I'm affraid.

I reckon it's the same msi gtx280 that I returned a few days ago that was artifacting like a good 'un. Proper borked it was.

Come to think of it I sent an E6550 back last week as well, since it refused to boot in the 3 mobo's I tried it in. Fair to say that was borked too.

Oh well, you win some you lose some.

Me too, although I'm not getting my hopes up since they're still two showing as instock.

Can't see them been decent clockers though, still, something else to play with I guess. :eek:
