I called GAME this morning, they refuse to sell this until tommrow even tho you cannot use it because of DRM!! I won't be able to grab it tommrow cause im at work for 12 hours

What is this? Why won't they sell the game even tho you cannot play it until release?

Well why didn't you just call them up 6 months ago and tell them to sell you the game in w/e state it was in at the time? its not as if you would have been able to get it to work or even play the finished product until the release date anyway.

Because they are under an agreement with the publisher not to sell it before that date.

Someone on GTAforums has the game and has played it, and says he gets 32fps in the benchmark and 20-25fps in-game, on these specs:

3.0GHz Core 2 Duo
4870 512mb graphics card
4 gig ram
Vista Ultimate 32 bit with Service Pack 1

they are saying that the ATI cards are running poor,But they have no problems with the 8800gt,I will have to see.

I have an 8800 GTS 640, shame there's nowhere in town to buy a hard copy. Gosh darned country town plus im stuck in work
