2 Bedroom house with en-suite in master bedroom, second bathroom and downstairs toilet. Garage and 2 allocated parking spaces along with a 50 square foot garden. House is 5 years old.

725pcm.
 
2 Bedroom, Living room, separate toilet and bathroom, reasonably sized kitchen, big garden running around the entire house, workshop, garage, drive big enough for 7 or so car's all on a private farm with no neighbors = £500 PM
 
£316 a month for a room in student res. :(

at least internets, electricity and water are included in that.
 
£500 a month for a 2 bed flat in Preston. Pretty good location. Close to work, close to the town center, close to the motorway.
 
$420 a week (in australia - about £720/month) it's ****** expensive 2 bedroom furnished apartment in Perth! On the plus side, there is plenty of well paid work here.

Is that Perth CBD? You'll always pay a premium for the inner suburbs & CBD.

Perth is my hometown, btw. Good to hear that business is still booming!

That's not bad.

I'm paying a grand a month for a 2 bed flat with council tax at a smidgin under £200 a month in Winchester. I've seen a few small apartments in the centre go for up to £1400 a month.:eek:

3 bedroom furnished apartment with sea views on the north coast of NI - £340pcm inc rates (our version of council tax).


Pity I'm having to move out at Xmas :(
 
3 bed semi (2bed with a big cupboard ;) ), east sussex. small garden (paved with borders full of shrubs), street parking. £795.
Its not the rent, its the utilities :p Worry about those.
